„Really enjoyed our time here. Was a nice sanctuary away from the experiences Tokyo had to offer. We enjoyed the mid-century aesthetic of the house, the bedrooms are all generous sizes (compared to what the rest of Tokyo has to offer), and the lounge is a great spot to unwind after a long day. We really enjoyed the location too. Asagaya felt more like a residential area, but there are plenty of great eateries, coffee shops, and bars to enjoy in the area. „Everything was perfect. The host was super nice and helpful, everything was clean and it's really only a short trip to Ikebukuro Station. All in all I'd definitely book again!“

„The property is in a residential area so it is nice and quiet at night. Consequently, you need to be quiet yourself, but it makes for a perfect night time get away after busy days in the city. There are lots of restaurants in the area providing plenty of food options for lunch, dinner, or a late night snack. With heasy access to Hatsudai station, I highly recommended this stay as a home base for your Tokyo excursions. “

„Check in was easy and the host way very responsive. However, this property was quite dingy and not very clean. There were cockroaches and beds/rooms not very comfortable. Not terrible but all in all, not the best stay. Wouldn’t recommend. “

„Beautiful home in a quiet residential neighborhood. Very easy access to train and bus stations. Easy for Uber and taxis to find. Can walk to grocery stores and restaurants. About 20 minutes by train to most major Tokyo attractions. Tanuki is a great host. Checks to see you are OK via text. The home has all conveniences that are simple to use. „Place was clean and a very traditional Japanese house. If you want authentic, this is your place. Only 1 chair and desk, so sitting on the floor all the time is a bit tough. Good location, quiet and quaint. Could use some helpful kitchen items like oil, soy sauce, s&p. Instructions throughout house was great. Great udon mom and pop shop around corner and local museum. Close to subway and quick bus to Asakusa and other areas. “

„This place is fantastic. It's tucked a good ten or so minute walk from any tourist area so it's nice and quiet. It's very cozy and relaxing. It comes fully stocked with kitchen items. Plates, pans ect... if you plan to stay longer. It's got two conbeni and one grocery store with in two minute walk as well. The only negative is that it's a 20 or so minute walk to the beach and closest station. “

„とても安いのにお部屋なのにとても綺麗でダブルベッドが4つとキッチン、中サイズの冷蔵庫付きで、とっても良かったです。シャワーは笑えるくらい超狭かったですが、180㎝の旦那も入れました（笑）ただ、写真ではタオルが用意されていたのですが、当日は無かったので、持ち合わせていたハンドタオルで何とか拭きました。ロックボックスの連絡を３日前には入れて頂けたら安心できたと思います。東京に行く時は次回も予約しようと思います！！　ありがとうございました。“

„寝るだけの宿泊目的だったので行く時間を前もって連絡してました。利用出来る部屋に暖房で温められていてとても快適に過ごせました。もっと早めに着いてゆっくりしたいなぁともいました。キッチンの器具もそろっていて食材を持ち寄ってお泊まりも楽しいかもと思いました。お風呂も足を伸ばして入れて良かったです。家族大満足で過ごすことが出来ました。“

„We had great communication given to us before we even arrived at the property. The house was in a great location and all the amenities that we needed were available. He would definitely stay there again.“

„This place is located right next to a cute pudding shop and a fresh fish store right off the main road. It's near a train and several konbini while being tucked away so you can sleep peacefully. Min was very quick to answer any questions we had and made our check in process easy as pie.The only issue we encountered was a spot of mold in the second floor bedroom that leaked water onto the bed (it rained during our stay) and gave us all some stuffy noses for a dew days after.“

"Returning after a bit more than half a year (went in September 2024 for the first time) felt like coming home :) This is by far the best hotel in the best area of Tokyo - Highly appreciate the superfriendly, polite staff who is always happy to help, how clean and comfy the room is, the amenities, the view from the hotel to Kabukicho, the Godzilla head, when you exit directly into the busting life of Kabukicho, being close to Shinjuku station, so that most targets can be reached easily - just everything :) Next time, for the third time in our second home town, we will surely come back to Gracery ❤️"

"Ein sehr gutes Hotel mit guter U Bahn Anbindung. Alle Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich. Das Frühstück ist eine Kombination aus japanischen und westlichen Produkten. Große Auswahl, geschmacklich sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind gut Schallisoliert. Ein wenig übertrieben fand ich den Preis für early Check in. Dafür hat das Hotel 45000 Yen verlangt. Normal kann man erst ab 15 Uhr einchecken. "

"It was a great experience. The hotel felt very luxurious. The staff was great. The location was only five minutes to the train station by foot. The restaurant on the top floor is also worth mentioning. Overall, I would say it’s one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at in Tokyo."
