„My husband and I love the Cape, however this was our first time staying in Falmouth. The room was adequate for our needs. The location to the beach was perfect, and the amazing restaurant located on the property was an extra perk. It was great to watch various age groups enjoy the baseball field throughout the day. Bring your sneakers because the area is great for walking! We would definately stay here again.“

„All of us agreed it was definitely one of the better Vrbo stays we have been in. It’s a cozy weekend stay with good air conditioning and amenities. The instructions to enter were clear enough that it was easy to enter and start our stay. The shower was pleasant. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels were provided, which was unanticipated but nice! The fridge and extra closet space was nice and the desks and tv were nice for getting some work done.“

„The property is located in a beautiful little setting set back off the road with a huge lawn and outside patio area. Alan, the owner was very accommodating. Inside was two bedrooms, a bathroom and a nice big living room with a table. Also was a mini fridge along with a microwave and a Keurig coffee maker. A great little hiking area about 200 feet down the road. Beds were comfortable and very clean. I would highly recommend this place.“

„My girlfriends and I decided to take a trip to Newport in June of 2025 and this was the perfect venue for the trip. The unit was in a great area in Middleton (5-10 min) drive to all of the major hot spots in the area and gave us the perfect amount of space for our downtime between exploring all the area has to offer. The 3 bedrooms worked out great for the 3 of us, but the house would also work for a family or several couples. Bryan, the host, graciously offered some great recommendations for ...

„Room was in a great location close to the beach. Very clean, nice deck, right across from Vineyard Sound. Really enjoyed our stay.“

„The location of the property was wonderful and the accommodations were fine for the one night that we were there. I would suggest adding a few chairs, as there was no place other than the beds to sit. Also, when expecting four guests it would be nice to have four coffee cups, etc. Overall, we were quite satisfied and would stay there again. It was great to have a late night restaurant available upon our arrival. “
