"We stayed at the Super 8 because of we attended the Crazy Horse Memorial Volksmarch on June 1st. I chose the Super 8 because of the high cleanliness rating. I was disappointed. The room could have used a deep cleaning. It didn't appear the carpet was vacuumed prior to our arrival. It wasn’t vacuumed during our "Day 3" cleaning. All that was done was the trashed emptied and towels changed. We have stayed in Super 8s before and most were spotless. "

"This place is so cute! We ended up with a family room because there were singles available. It had a room with a queen bed and then a seperate room with two full size beds. The bathroom was between them. Main room had a little fridge and microwave. The bathroom was retro but very clean and kept. Loved it. It was a bit of a tight squeeze between the sink and the shower to get in but doable. "

"We were so glad to find a hotel available after "season" in Custer. Visiting friends and had a great time. The hotel was getting ready for their remodel, so there were trucks and boxes. But our room was recently painted and worked great for out stay. Curtis was friendly helpful and we had a nice morning breakfast. Can't wait to stay again in the new remodeled version"

"First the one thing we didn’t like - there is no elevator and our room was on the second floor. But staff was friendly and check-in and check-out went well. Bed were comfortable, lots of hot water and thick towels for showers. OK breakfast - cereals, bread and toaster, milk, orange juice, coffee, bananas, oranges, cold hard-boiled eggs. Right in the heart of Custer. Easy to walk to stores and restaurants. We’d recommend - but ask for a room on the first floor if stairs are an issue. "
