Modern studio near Qorikancha

Summary:

A modern, practical studio for couples or up to 3 guests who want to stay close to Cusco’s main sights while still having their own kitchen and a comfortable place to unwind. It includes a main bedroom, sofa bed, equipped kitchen, living area with TV, hot water, and access to a building with 24-hour reception and security.



The Space:

The apartment combines a main bedroom with a compact, well-designed kitchen and living area. The sofa bed can accommodate one additional guest, and the kitchen is equipped for preparing simple meals during your stay. The living area has a TV, and extra blankets are provided for Cusco’s colder nights. The bathroom includes a hot-water shower.



Guest Access:

You will have exclusive access to the entire studio, including the bedroom, kitchen-living area and bathroom. The building has 24-hour reception and security. Before arrival, we will send the access instructions you need for check-in.



The Neighborhood:

The building is located in Wanchaq, near Av. Garcilaso, a central and convenient area for getting around Cusco. Supermarkets, Wanchaq Market, restaurants, cafés and everyday services are all nearby. Qorikancha and Av. El Sol are a short walk away, while the Plaza de Armas can be reached in approximately 10–15 minutes on foot, depending on your pace.



Getting Around:

Much of central Cusco can be explored on foot from this area. For longer trips, public transport is available along the nearby avenues, and we recommend using app-based taxis. Wanchaq Station is also in this part of the city; if you are taking a train or tourist service, always check your ticket for the exact departure station.



Other Things to Note:

A heater is not included as permanent apartment equipment, but a portable unit can be requested as an optional service. Optional services are available for an additional fee: portable electric heater (USD 15 per night), additional cleaning during the stay (USD 30), and private transfer service quoted according to the number of passengers. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional fee; please ask at the time of booking for availability and pricing.
