APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

Tiyana Cusco rents completely independent vacation apartments in a typical family building in modern Cusco style. The internal courtyard and the panoramic terrace on the fourth floor are shared spaces available to guests.

- Apartment Andino 103 overlooks the internal courtyard and is located on the ground floor. Access is free of stairs. Despite a large window overlooking the courtyard, interior lighting is limited, but our guests can enjoy a coffee at the courtyard tables, just outside, or on the panoramic terrace on the fourth floor.

Andino offers two bedrooms at the back, a full, ventilated bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen and living area.

- The living area, at the front of the apartment, is furnished with a sofa and a smart TV.

- The kitchen is fully equipped: it includes a stove, microwave, kettle, drip coffee maker, and various utensils for preparing your favorite dishes. There is no oven. It is furnished with a bar table for three (no traditional table).

- The sleeping area includes two bedrooms located at the back: one with a double bed (135 x 190 cm) and one with a single. The larger bedroom features a premium mattress and a very large closet. The smaller bedroom has a small closet, a desk, and access to a small laundry room for hanging clothes and hand washing.

- The well-ventilated bathroom has a large shower with 24/7 hot water (gas) and white cotton towels.

EXTRA INFORMATION

1- We care about sustainability we offer a water purifier, soap dispensers, and two separate trash cans so you can recycle! In return, we ask you to use water and electricity responsibly.

2- We meet all immigration and tax requirements imposed by our country, so:
--- If you are Peruvian or resident in Peru, we will ask you to pay the IGV (18%).
--- If you are a foreigner, we will ask you to present a passport photo of all guests to complete the required registration.

3. There are 4 beautiful kittens living with us, and they can occasionally be seen wandering around the steps or in the courtyard of the building! They are usually very shy and hide, but sometimes they let you pet them!
