„Ericka's home is well appointed and spotlessly clean. The furniture is comfortable, and the kitchen is supplied with everything I needed. I appreciated that things were thoughtfully labeled so that I didn't have to go searching for things. Air conditioner worked great, which was welcome given the warm temps.“

„First, I wanna say that William is one of the best hosts I’ve ever had. The place is exactly as advertised with no deficiencies. Everything worked. Nothing messed up. Every time I contacted William, his response was almost immediate and there were no problems. It is perfectly situated for you to do anything you want you on the coast or in the mountains. William is a wonderful host and makes your stay very comfortable“

„Both the property owner and manager were very helpful and accommodating. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, and the home was very clean and tastefully decorated. Our kids had a great time in the pool and hot tub. It was about a12 minute drive to Hayward Field. The house is close to the a busy street, but you don’t hear the street noise inside the house. “

„Our track team decided to stay at a VRBO instead of a hotel. It turned out to be the best decision we could have made. This place is absolutely, stunningly gorgeous. „Pretty bummed that we did not get any response from the host when requesting the access to the place on the day of check in. They eventually responded after multiple emails on day 2. We had to find accommodations to cover the first night and there was no offer for compensation. The internet wasn't working and the water was shut off on the 3rd day. My employees live out of their suitcases and count on lodging to be a seamless process. This was not that. Would not recommend for these reasons.“
