„Host was very good with communication. The house was exactly what we needed and good location.“

„The property did not match my expectations based on the listing photos. Upon arrival, there was a strong stale and musty odor throughout the home that I found difficult to tolerate.I also observed several maintenance and cleanliness concerns, including a missing outlet cover with exposed wiring, multiple exterior-access doors that were unlocked, paint spatter in various areas, visible dust buildup, dirty dishes left in the dishwasher, and an overgrown yard with trash present.I understand that ...

„The host was excellent with communication and even helped us get in early. There was plenty of space, our only issue with the space was the basement isn't made for tall people. They had to tilt their head when using bathroom and walking into bedroom. The showers are older and really small, so something to consider if you are a larger person. The deck area could use a good powerwashing but we still enjoyed some time out there. There were plenty of kitchen tools for us to cook so that was nice. ...

„We stayed here as a family for a long weekend, 8 adults and 6 pre-teen/teenagers. We had a great time! We had ping pong & Jenga tournaments in the Party Barn and a firepit one night. „House was immaculate, beds were comfortable, hosts had thought of everything to make guests time enjoyable, posting pertinent info throughout the house, allowing us to check in early. There was plenty of space for my teen kids, a few of their friends, and I during a two night stay while attending the IA State Fair. My kids had a blast playing just dance on the 3rd floor game room and using the hot tub nightly. The nightly ...

„Location was the best feature (walking distance to Drake University and very near the freeway access). The biggest negative was only one bathroom.Cleanliness was just OK.“

„Clean home, comfortable and practical furnishings for large family. 3 bathrooms was so nice. Lots of towels for us to use. Basement was so nice for teens and young adults to hang out. Hot tub was enjoyed as was the large deck. Communication with host was easy and got quick responses to questions.“

„Would have been nice to know there wasn’t any wash cloths, hand towels and towels. If they were available where are they located? Otherwise the stay was great. Comfy pillows!!“

„We have had everything we need staying here!! Will definitely stay in one of the other properties to try them out! Thanks for a great stay!!“

„Let's start by saying the ad says full house which was needed for work purposes. Booked last min, my fault on that. Texted back and forth after booking about the split house with 1st and second floor accommodations which are buried in the ad. I asked for a cancelation and they said sure, but you won't get a refund now that you book. Mind you this was less than 24hrs of bookings. Went back and forth about them having to talk to the team about a refund. Waited a while, texted back a week or so ...
