„We stayed at Hacienda for the first time. We had a great stay! The property staff was great. the property only has 1 restaurant so on property dining is limited but close enough to other great local restaurants. The only draw back was the 2 cruise liners that came into the port and blocked our views for 2 days. Beach is accessible and great service available beach side. We will definitely return. “

„Great accommodation, felt like an oasis in the middle of the busy city. Ideal if your plans mostly include trips out of the harbor as you are 5 min away. Also ideal for great restaurants all in walking distance. Property has a small pool and feels like you are immersed in true Mexico which I love. Property managers were lovely too. „Wir waren 2 Wochen dort. Die Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und nett. Handtücher gibts am Pool. Der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und die ganze Anlage ist sehr sauber. Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt und würden immer wieder kommen. Absolut empfehlenswert!“

„My stay at Villa del Arco Los Cabos was truly fantastic, and I can't recommend it enough. If you're looking for an all-inclusive resort with excellent service and a beautiful setting, this is the place.
The resort's all-inclusive options are exceptional. We ate at a number of restaurants, but the standout by far was Neptune's. The food was incredible, and the service was the best we experienced during our entire stay.

„The hotel is basically OK, but there are a few things that could be improved.
The rooms have very old TVs (no smart TVs).
Our room was directly above a bar that played very loud music, which was very unpleasant.
The rooms were clean and very large.
Perhaps they could put a few cupboards or shelves in the room, then the space would be used well.
Breakfast was OK, but not great.“

„Das Hotel hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen, besonders das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielfältig. Allerdings war das Buffet am Abend eher enttäuschend. Ein großer Minuspunkt war, dass die Liegen bereits morgens um 7 Uhr von Gästen reserviert wurden, und das Personal auf Nachfrage leider nichts dagegen unternommen hat, obwohl in den Poolregeln steht, dass dies nicht erlaubt ist. Das war wirklich anstrengend und hat den Poolaufenthalt getrübt.“
