„Booked two double rooms. Night staff only gave me one, and I had to stand firm and show my booking online to get the 2nd room. 2nd room then ended up being a twin. We complained in the morning, and were told that we had to email the owner, and they would then decide what to do with the complaint (bonkers! Can you imagine going into any other retail situation and being told that?!) Day staff did confirm that, quite clearly, there were two double rooms on the booking.“

„Amazing peaceful rural location. We had a lovely two bedroom room, beautifully equipped with lots of lovely finishing touches, like actual milk in a fridge for tea and coffee. Not something I am very used to staying in lots of hotels for work. The farmhouse is as picturesque as it looks in the photos. Local recommendations for activities and food.
