„This little place was exactly as advertised. Some nice charm to it!Like most little houses, don't expect much privacy from your travel mates, so unfortunately, we didn't get to enjoy the fire pit, but the hot tub was nice to relax in at the end of the day. „It was really a great place, although the cleaner I believe it was, left soda on the table and the closet door open with keys in the lock and a pile bedding on one of the beds, just fyi. But very nice place! There is a dip in the driveway that is a bit hard on the car. But thanks for the nice place.“

„The description of the property online only gave a glimpse of how wonderful this place is. The owner had multiple trails cut through the acreage. My wife and I hiked the area to a beautiful waterfall. The loft we stayed in had more than enough amenities, including a medic bag. The area is situated around an Amish community. The area was quite peaceful and we would highly recommend this place.“

„It’s right on the Lake and there’s a boat ramp right next to the property. It was the perfect size for us and had all we needed. We suggest you get your supplies on the way out!It’s a drive to anywhere. We were there for Mammoth National Park, it’s a shorter drive if the ferry is open. We couldn’t figure out the tv’s though, and the outside of the property is a bit of a mess, but overall we enjoyed our stay. “

„My husband and I stayed a few days with our teens and dog. The property is beautiful! We all enjoyed hiking over the 75 acres. The self made map was so helpful. Our tween daughter was our navigator on our hike and managed the map easily. Our dog loved the freedom of exploring with us. We did manage to make it to Mammoth Cave and it was a fun trip. Spent the rest of our short trip grilling and playing games. Definitely recommend! “

„House was very nice and beautiful. Downstairs bedroom could use a new mattress otherwise everything was very nice and clean. Daughter enjoyed the loft bedroom. .“

„It’s nice and tucked back in some beautiful trees. The place was clean and pretty much exactly what we were looking for. The only drawback is as a very firm master suite mattress, but some folks love that! The communication with the hosts was fantastic and they did a pretty good job of leaving instructions for things. I’d stay here again. “

„Group of 12 guys in the area to play some area golf courses. The property was great and suited our needs well. Plenty of room for all 12 of us to spread out, sleep and relax. Lee was great to work with, very responsive and quick to answer all questions about the area, local places to eat and general property inquiries. Would definitely look to stay there again if in the area. “

„I have rented many vacation homes over the past 8 or 9 years. This was one of my favorite properties yet. It was just as described - and more. The kids loved the waterfall, small pond, outdoor room, and all of the thoughtful details throughout the cabin. The location was great, and we had plenty of privacy. It was like stepping away from the "real world" for 2 days - and into a fairytale.“

„Our cabin was new and updated, cozy. Also, cabin was clean and all amenities were there: laundry machine, dishwasher, utensils, TV's. Purchase your own woods, it will be cheaper. Nice place for getaway. “

„The cabin is amazing! We just had trouble getting in contact with the manager/owner. We were going to use the griddle and no propane and no can opener. Otherwise it was great. “

„Loved this spot on the lake! Clean, kept up, private and easy process to check in and out. Its a little far from mammoth cave and the attractions but it is priced lower than places right next to mammoth cave. We were also traveling with two dogs, so that limited places we could stay. Sadly the Nolan preserve right next to here is closed due to flooding at this time. But I bet that is a beautiful place to take the kids and pets.“
