„Property located next to Toll check points. Every visit to Haridwar and back to hotel requires payment at Toll. Approach to property is shabby. Getting from highway to hotel gate is a stretch of dirt road which has been left as is and patch of land surrounding it which is not landscaped, stalled water and overgrown bushes which is quite unimpressive.“

Rooms very clean and comfortable, it's near to the railway station on a quite street , only 5-10 mins walk, 24 hour public transport available. Air conditioning is working well and all the basic facilities are available with them.“

„The stay in hotel was really bad. Towels and bed sheets are dirty. The room service executive on the very first day wasn't polite at all while taking orders as if we were asking money from him or he was a guard who was taking orders. Room conditions were pathetic. Even the one star hotels are better then this 3 star hotel. Upon that the hotel is too costly for a single night food. It costs me almost 1300 Rs. for a night one time food.
