Boat or Kayak from the 8 x 20 floating dock (open on both ends) to Three Sisters Springs. Spacious home with very open floor plan for family fun! 3 Bedroom 2 Bath, sleeps 10 people. Great place for family and friends to gather for some rest and relaxation after an adventurous day on the water. Fully equipped kitchen that's waiting for the seafood chef in you to cook the catch of the day, or enjoy your meal cooked on the Weber gas grill on the outdoor rear deck. At least 6 kayaks and life vests are provided. Three Sister's Springs, Kings Bay and Hunter Springs are nearby. There is a boat launch directly into our canal at the local Resort and Adventure Center for a small fee. Fishing tournaments, manatee tours, boat & paddle board rentals, bike rentals, sunset cruises are all nearby. You're also very close to several of Crystal River's best waterfront restaurants. Come explore what Crystal River has to offer and swim with the manatees! The house is on a beautiful half acre lot for your enjoyment with extended driveway for trailer parking. Enjoy the fire pit for some marshmallow roasting on those chilly evenings (if no burn ban is in effect) and lounge chairs for daytime sunning. Short boat ride to the Gulf of America and no bridge to worry about. Shopping center minutes away. This home has NEVER flooded! Let's start packing!
