We enjoyed swiming and canoeing in the Lake, used the Metra Train for a trip to downtown Chicago (the Train Station is in walking distance from the Lake House) or went to Six Flags which is only 25 minutes by car away. The owners Kate and Tim have been wonderful Hosts and very helpful with everything we asked for. They provided Information of what to do or where to go and that was always great. ...

„Homey and comfortable- the house had everything we needed with a nice, large kitchen. Everything was exactly as pictured. Right on the water with so much outdoor space! We had plenty of space to spread out inside-and the bar area and game room was a fun bonus. The sunsets were gorgeous and we enjoyed watching the eagles fly overhead. Close to shopping and restaurants. Would rent again!“

"Motel hat seinen Zweck absolut für einen angemessenen Preis erfüllt. Großer Parkplatz, nettes Personal und sauberer Zimmer. Dennoch fühlte ich mich etwas unwohl, durch die sehr wackelige und nicht gut schließende Zimmertür. Zudem war er sehr schlecht isoliert und dadurch waem und laut. Trotzdem würde ich es weiterempfehlen."
