Cocoonr is offering this charming house with a swimming pool for rent in the town of Crozon. It has a floor area of 165 m² and can accommodate up to 10 guests.

It comprises a lovely, light-filled living area of 50 m², a fitted open-plan kitchen, four spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a garden of around 1,500 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!

The property is laid out as follows:

On the ground floor:
– A 50 m² living room with a TV, home cinema system, sofa, armchairs and a dining area
– A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
– Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200), a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower
– A separate toilet

Upstairs:
– Bedroom 2: access to a wooden terrace overlooking the Tas de Pois, featuring a queen-size bed (160×200) and an open-plan bathroom with a bath
– Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160×200), a cot and a changing table
– Bedroom 4: a loft bed (160×200) with two single beds underneath
– A shower room with a walk-in shower, connecting Bedrooms 3 and 4
– A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outdoors:
– An indoor swimming pool with a sliding glass wall, measuring 7 x 3.5 (private, heated), open all year round

The house is ideally located in Crozon, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, local markets, etc.

- Visit the Crozon peninsula
- Water sports (surfing, paddle, kayaking, sailing), hiking on the GR34, cycling, climbing, sea excursions, beaches, Breton villages, etc.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly on the property, using the carport (one vehicle) and the house’s private outdoor parking spaces (six vehicles).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- By train via Brest or Quimper stations (around 50 km), which are roughly the same distance away. Coach services then provide easy access to the peninsula.

- Bed linen and towels are included.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please ensure you leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Pets are allowed, subject to a supplement of €15 per stay, for one pet only (cat or dog). Please specify this when booking.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
- Parents are responsible for supervising their children whilst swimming.
