„It was a very peaceful and relaxing get away for me. the young man who does maintenance was very helpful and the people in the Muddy Pond community are the nicest people. “

„The cabin was rustic and charming, and had a great back porch with rockers & a swing overlooking the pond. We enjoyed the dock and fishing in the big pond. It was nice to float around the pond in the aluminum boat. We saw several wildlife. The cabin and area was quiet and peaceful.“

„This place was such a perfect spot for my husband and I to get away from everything! It was so peaceful and had everything needed to be comfortable. The stars at night are breathtaking there & the views are the prettiest we have seen! We definitely will plan a trip again here in fall or spring with our kids! “

„This was a pretty little house that was in a great location. The house was very clean. When you said bring only your clothes and food you meant it. The only thing that I would suggest fixing is the grill one of the legs is broken and could be dangerous if you had someone there that was not careful. Even the hot tub was nice.My daughter love the air hockey table. Thank you for letting us stay in that beautiful house. “

„The home was newly renovated and the host did an excellent job creating a modern farmhouse design. Gary (our host) supplied us with everything we needed to have an awesome experience including coffee, spices, water, firewood, detergent, soaps, etc. We enjoyed the hot tub and made a huge bonfire. If we ever come back we would definitely stay there again! “

„This place is magical! My husband, our son an I had the best time here. Caught a lot of fish & even a turtle off the dock. The house is cute an very clean. Has everything needed. The boat dock was amazing, we didn’t bring our boat so we didn’t use the lift. The swing was relaxing w/the best views…We will definitely be booking again soon. Host was awesome and very helpful.. 10/10 recommend!“

„It was a charming cottage . Comfy seating , comfy beds . Great screened back porch . Well and thoughtfully equipped. I particularly loved the bubble bath left for use in the claw foot tub. If you have any reason to stay in Cookeville , this is your place ! “

„The place was absolutely beautiful! Plenty of open spaces and the kitchen was wonderfully stocked! There were multiple games, a ping pong table, and an old school video game. They had so many extra amenities such as multiple refrigerators, a stocked mini fridge, a hot tub, and a complimentary bottle of wine! We couldn’t recommend it more. We loved staying there!“
