There was no one in the room allocated to us but we were turned away - information as to where and how to get into Queenstown was wrong and we had to walk for nearly 2 hrs in the drizzling rain. Found out ourselves the next day that it would have been easier to catch a bus from the bus stop down the road to Queenstown instead ...
