„Excellent property, beautifully presented, in idyllic setting. Wrongly listed as with kitchen but otherwise first class “

„It had everything we needed for a one nights stay. The only thing we couldn’t find was the switch for the heating as we did need to take the chill off now it’s getting cooler. Despite the fire alarm going off and no one knowing what to do at 5am we had a pleasant stay“

„The apartment was freezing cold and it took hours to get it comfy. The receptionist was slightly confused. I expected free parking, however, it is 6€/day.“

„My friends and I stayed at La Cantera for four nights and we could not stop talking about how perfect everything was! Not only did it have a stunning view, but the property itself was equipped with everything you could ever need- comfy beds & blankets, a variety of games, a TV, a fab shower in the bathroom, a hot tub... and loads of tea and coffee! From the location, we were able to travel by both car and train to the nearby Merthyr Tydfil and a little further down south to Cardiff; it made for a ...

The cleanup was “crumbs in the bedroom“ and the damage was from a broken knife that was rotted where the knife and handle part met. It broke when I was trying to cut a piece of cake. And a damaged remote the “had bite marks on it”. They charge for crumbs but don’t leave any broom, mop, or vacuum cleaner available for you to use. The ...

„We did have some checking in issues - we didn’t receive a key box code and had to ring the host at midnight. We found it quite hard to reach the host in the days leading up to the booking.“
