Cozy but spacious studio on a small acerage in Crescent Head is nestled in picturesque garden setting overlooking the pool which you are welcome to use on those hot lazy afternoons, (the owners use it as well but are discreet). From your covered deck take in the quiet surroundings of the property and the wildlife nearby.

The room has been refurbished and offers a very comfy queen bed with
quality topper, linen and accessories to add to the comfort of your stay. There is a kitchenette with fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, tea and coffee making facilities and utensils. No cooking is allowed in the room, except with the appliances supplied.

Air-conditioned, smart tv however reception is intermittent in this location, netflix and you tube are available but we think you'll be too busy exploring what beautiful Crescent Head and surrounds has to offer.

There is undercover parking with private entrance, however please note there are 7 stairs up to the studio, for those that maybe frail.

And when weather permits a fire pit to sit by at night and listen to the surrounds, the owls, and the amazing stars without the city lights obscuring them.

Wildlife abounds, with kangaroos, birds of all descriptions, koalas sometimes, and our horses are happy for you to say hello, but only over the fence, no entry into their paddocks for your safety and theirs.

For a truly unique getaway from the hustle and bustle, close enough to the beautiful beaches and village which offers a variety of eateries, Country club with golf and the tavern with live music but a quiet escape to come home to.

Your hosts live in the adjoining residence and can offer any assistance and local knowledge if you need it, but will give you your privacy of course.

Estimated time of your arrival would be appreciated. A txt message to the phone number supplied in the booking is the most convenient.

Please note that this is a beautiful property offered to those that love a get away in very comfortable accommodation with a pool on an amazing property close to the beach.

Not to those that just need wifi, we do have it but enough to run a business.
