„Great place to stay“

„What was not expected was presented at check-in online with a choice of either non refundable £40 deposit or refundable £300 deposit!. Gambled on refundable deposit and did get it a week later. For only 1 night!“

„Leider war Frühstück überhaupt nicht gut. Das Hotel an sich war oke.“

„No 4 stars“

„The cabin was clean and had toilet rolls and shower gel etc it was the check in that was a nightmare we arrived on the dot at 3pm we were going to a surprise party at 4pm We didn’t get hold of the host until 5pm so we missed the start of the party we’ve had no apology for late check in at all“

„Tolles Hotel nahe Bahnhof und Einkaufsstraße Mit dem Zug 15min ins Zentrum London“

„Tolles Hotel mit einem sehr guten Frühstücksbuffet. Betten waren sehr gut. Ca. 5-10 min. zur DLR Station.“

„We absolutely loved our stay here! We were made to feel immediately welcome and our nervous dog felt right at home. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were fantastic and friendly throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our meal in the evening and the cooked breakfast was fantastic! Parking was easy and the hotel is located centrally in the beautiful village. We would definitely come back!“

„Die Aufzug Situation ist schrecklich, zwei Aufzüge, der Eingang ist auf der Zwischen Ebene zwischen 1&2, die Rezeption ist auf Ebene 3. Die Aufzüge sind langsam und verhältnismäßig klein.“

„Enjoyed a stay for three days. Staff very willing and helpful. Excellent food. Enjoyed the different areas especially the beer garden when it was warm. Was woken by the kitchen extract fan at 6am, which probably was due to the secondary double glazing not fitting correctly. Needs some maintenance.“

„Alles war makellos, das Essen war toll und die Zimmer sehr bequem. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt, und ich würde gerne wiederkommen!“

„Everything about the hotel was okay except for the fact that there was no refrigerator in the hotel room“

„Sehr schöne Zimmer in einem wundervollen Viertel. Sehr original britisch - leider funktioniert das Internet in der Suite so gut wie gar nicht. Hervorragendes Frühstück!“
