„La zona es muy tranquila y bonita. La casa esta en muy buenas condiciones y la calefaccion va genial. Quiza deberian revisar un poco el menaje, pero es cierto que dejan todo lo necesario para limpiar. El trato es via mobil o e.mail, pero eficiente. A mas dejan detalles para la llegada y se agradece mucho. Repetiriamos sin problemas. “

„This is our 8th stay here. It's a lovely lodge in a peaceful, rural setting with a few other lodges surrounding it. It is really well equipped, comfortable an excellent find. We originally came for the steam railway that's nearby but our son lives close by so it's convenient for visiting. Jan and Paul are great hosts, nothing to much trouble and it's always spotless.“

„On arrival we were greeted with a warm welcome, shown to our lovely Shepherds Hut, it was clean and tidy, nothing was too much trouble for us. The pub was so welcoming, and the food was just amazing, good home cooked food! Overall we had a lovely, peaceful weekend with our collies, lots of walks and fresh air, good food and wonderful accommodation. We would definitely recommend and will most definitely stay there again.“

„Our accommodation was very well presented and in a fantastic position for walking out from. It was in a quiet, remote situation, but still accessible to Church Stratton, although the road was narrow and windy, so you had to careful on your drive. The one plus on the drive to Church Stratton was having to cross Long Mynd which gave you magnificent views across Shropshire and an ideal place to walk out to and around. Alex was an excellent host and nothing was too much trouble, which made the stay ...

„Hosts were great and lovely and friendly. The hut was very cosy and warmed quickly with the log fire. It's worth noting there's no electricity on site, except a solar powered shared kitchen area and a few solar charged auto lights. The log burner gives off plenty of heat but not much light. A torch would be VERY beneficial. You're on site with lots of animals around which is brilliant for kids and like staying on a farm. Just be wary fly's in the hut can be a problem if doors' windows are left ...

„Terrific wooden / canvas structure, wood fires and solar energy. For me a wonderful combination of Scandi comfort and warmth, and being close to nature. The location is beautiful - near the top of a hill overlooking the Tene valley - green hills and forests. The wonderful hot tub takes a while to heat up but definitely worth the wait. Iain is a very considerate host - went out of his way to be super-helpful.“

„Amazing location, masses of space to roam and for kids to be free range in privacy and safety. Shops and a great cafe over a couple of fields (walking distance). Lodge itself lovely, hot water, small but effective kitchen, comfy beds, wood burner, BBQ. Fantastic decking to sit and watch the sun go down. Host always available to explain/help with how things work in the lodge (eg charging lamps and phones).“
