The surrounding area is rich in history, with Hopton Castle (2.5 miles) offering atmospheric ruins, while Stokesay Castle (6 miles) remains one of England’s finest medieval fortified manor houses. Further afield, explore Clun Castle, Wigmore Castle and Ludlow Castle (all within 14 miles). The market town of Ludlow is known for its food and architecture. Day trips also include Powis Castle and Garden (24 miles), Attingham Park (25 miles) with its parkland walks, or the Ironbridge Gorge (28 miles) – a UNESCO World Heritage Site. For those keen to explore on foot, popular local walking trails lead to Clunbury Hill, Bury Ditches and Flounders’ Folly (all within 8 miles).

Inside, the accommodation offers a studio-style design set under a curved roof, with natural light pouring through the glass door. A comfortable sofa sits opposite a Smart TV for easy evenings in, while a galley kitchen and dining area have everything needed for self-catering stays. The double bed is incorporated into the studio layout, creating a restful corner for a good night’s sleep. A sleek wet room completes the interior, ready for a relaxing rinse after a day of discovery.


Outside, the south facing, private decking looks out across uninterrupted countryside, with outdoor seating arranged for slow mornings and long evenings.
