„Place is exactly how it looks! Great location between New Paltz, Kingston, Woodstock. We unfortunately had inconsiderate neighbors that forced us leave early, but Frank was incredibly gracious and made it up to us. Would stay again. “

„Had a wonderful time staying in this lovely home. Four bright bedrooms and three contemporary bathrooms. Comfortable and secluded nestled in the woods among natural habitats which you can enjoy from the large deck! Lots to do in the area including plentiful restaurants! Highly recommend and definitely would return again!“

„We had a lovely relaxing stay at Don and Tammy's home. It was spacious, well maintained and perfectly equipped, and a short walk to the lake. We enjoyed a bit of kayaking, grilling and even sat in the pretty lighted gazebo enjoying the night sky. The hosts were very communicative and took great care of our needs. Great place to spend quality time with family and friends! “

„First of all, very impressed with everything provided in the cabin pretty much everything we can think of was already there so we definitely overpacked.. The property was amazing crossing down into the river in the backyard with the fire ring was especially a very cool experience. „Nice space, perfect soaking tub, two fire pits! Grill and pizza oven. We enjoyed peaceful star filled evenings. Quiet nights and baby deer running around in the mornings. Local goat sanctuary is a must for a hike with the goats. Reasonably close hikes, to waterfalls and swimming holes, check if you need a permit, the water was ice cold at first, perfect for the weather, we spent a while there, then back for some grilling!We enjoyed the stove and record collection. „Our stay was great even though it rained 3 days we were there the house is very cozy and if you open up all the blinds it’s like you’re still sitting outside! If you have a dog this is a perfect place to set them up with a long lead and let them hang outside with you or walk the property with them which our dog never got old of! Definitely will be staying here again in the fall. “
