However, as soon as I explained to them that I could only sleep with a television in the background….. they immediately moved me to another home. The lake & water fall creek with seats sitting in the water was perfect for my reading and meditating. It is absolutely beautiful!!! „We loved our stay at deer lick falls! It was a nice home away from home. It was nice to have the amenities such as a stove, oven, grill and a washing machine and dryer. We traveled with two children and anyone that knows these are a must! I was however disappointed that the “kids play area” was indeed not in the area we stayed. It was over in the waters edge property which required us to get in the car and go find it. Next time I will stay in the waters edge property if available to be closer by ...

„This property was everything and more. Our fur baby loved this trip, there is information about what to do around the area and on the property in a binder inside. This came in handy to locate the trails and amazing waterfall on the grounds. There is a super cute pavilion with outdoor fireplace and fire pit, along with rocking chairs for when the nights start to warm up. Definitely plan on returning. “

„Would absolutely stay again. Good communication, easy check in and check out. The whole complex is great with hiking trails and a large playground. Close to monteagle restraunts and hiking. We were just two people and one dog the house is tight but if you have one or two small kids they’ll love the loft. AC was cold, water was hot. Very clean (felt brand new). Nice patio and own fire pit- also communal fire pits. I want to come back with other families and friends and have multiple houses.“

„This tiny home was the perfect fit for our getaway to go to The Caverns and hiking at Savege Gulf state park. What we loved the most was the private fire pit that backed up to woods and the creek could be heard from the deck of the home. We explored down by the creek and found more chairs and another fire pit steps away from a beautiful creek.“
