„Staff at front desk and bar were lovely! Location was perfect for access to the flying pig race weekend events. Rooms were large and spacious. However the cleanliness inside the rooms needs to be looked into. Our room smelled musty and things felt damp. The carpet had huge stains, the bedding was covered in dog hair and stains, the bathroom had rust and overall just needs a proper cleaning / updates. “

„Walking into the Southgate House was a great moment. The interior is done beautifully...it was so cool. „My nephew and daughter graduated from UC and we picked this lovely place to stay for the weekend. We brought food to host a small gathering so we didn’t have to go out to eat afterwards.
