The apartment is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Activities:
- Enjoy a large heated seawater swimming pool, ideally located on the beach.
- Go horseback riding or play a game of tennis.
- Have fun on the mini-golf course, skate park or pétanque court.
- For indoor relaxation, go to the billiard table, bowling alley or cinema (less than 800 m away).

- Access is via a staircase on the 2nd floor.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
