„Our recent stay at Almond Place Apartments was for 6 nights in February 2026. My husband and I had a wonderful stay here! Anderson was an amazing host! He offered extra services at a very reasonable rate to pick up from the airport and drop us off at the cruise port. He even drove to a local grocery store so we could grab some food for our stay. „Property is very hard to find. Owner was very adamant that electricity should not be on whole time. There's only 1 A/C unit and hostes was very upset that we kept it on over night (was very hot). There was hardly water to shower, it just trickled out. Cook stove didn't work properly“

„I booked West coast private but due to a mix up ended up at the sister property South coast private. I was pleased with the apartment overall. It was comfortable, well stocked and beautifully decorated.There were lots of towels, beach chairs and good kitchen utensils. The property has a side view of beautiful Maxwell beach but it is very close to the street so at night you hear the ocean but also some street noise. „Kelvin is a welcoming host and Breezy Vista is an economical spot to use as a base to travel the island. The apartment was spacious and clean and the outdoor patio was lovely in the evening. We found the mattress a little soft, though many may enjoy that. The AC was powerful, but barely needed with the cool evening winds. Kelvin was communicative and helpful. “
