„Front desk worker had to have been the most mean, disrespectful man I have ever encountered. Threw my id at me when I asked why there was an undisclosed “cash only” deposit and was mad at me when I asked how I could see about a refund as I didn’t have the amount needed for the deposit and he was refusing to check me in. Absolutely flabbergasted at how I was treated. Wouldn’t have wanted to keep my stay there anyways with how he was presenting himself“

Tip der Rezeption, dies über Expedia zu melden. Management hätte bestimmt eine Gutschrift gegeben. Kein Teppichboden war prima. Personal freundlich. “

„The house was creepy and musty smelling holes in the floor covered by rugs that moved while walking, the deadbolt for the room didn’t work so it was slider lock that would lock and we felt uneasy in the house we didn’t feel comfortable to stay there so we left and forfeited our money went to another hotel, the neighborhood didn’t seem safe either we saw several homeless people walking and staying on the corners and the neighborhood seemed run down, the photo of the place didn’t represent how the ...
