„This was a cozy place to getaway and unplug. There were some small issues. The firewood wasn’t covered so it was all damp, the coffee pot didn’t fit the coffee maker so you had to manual push up on the toggle to have the coffee come out. The red tape for the hot water in the shower was not accurate. To get hot water you have to turn the knob all the way to the right. “

„This is our 3rd stay. We come from Texas and get together with friends from OKC and Tulsa to just hang and relax. It’s always a great time. Sandy is a great host. “

„We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Shady Rest in Eufaula! We were only there for an overnight stay and wish that we could have stayed longer. The area and the house were very quiet - our sleep was awesome! We were traveling with dogs; they really enjoyed the calm, quiet neighborhood for their walk the following morning - we felt completely safe walking on the streets of the small community and were treated with a beautiful sunrise over the lake. „It was a very nice cabin . We enjoyed our stay there this weekend. The only downside was the chairs on the porch were worn out and didn’t feel safe to sit in . We moved 2 of them off to the side so nobody would set on them . That is where we spent most of our time was on the porch.“

„My excitement about being waterfront for our Eufaula fishing weekend came to a screeching halt when we arrived at the home and began realizing the issues with its current condition. The floor has soft spots everywhere and the refrigerator looks like it is getting ready to fall through the floor. One of the bed frame posts already has fallen through.
