This hotel has thin walls. We heard a phone ring from another room and was looking for it in our room. You hear everything. The sheets were worn down and over all, it looked clean but didn't feel clean. The hotel also told us they would have a pending $100 hold for damaged or incidentals. We didn't make any mess in our room, didnt take anything. We left before check out. The 'incidental hold' charge looked suspiciously like duplicate room charge. We're now disputing this charge.
