Gîte La Belle Époque. Buildings can be traced back to 1820 on this site, which offers magnificent views of the Coulx windmill. In 2006, a barn was converted and managed to capture the charm of the old features with a touch of modern comfort. We offer private accommodation that can easily sleep 14+1 people with a large private swimming pool to laze the days away in peace and tranquillity.

A short walk away you can wander through prune and walnut orchards or take an old oak-lined country lane to the village of Tombebœuf to buy fresh bread. (20 minutes by bike). Coulx is a very traditional French village with just 200 occupants scattered around the foot of the windmill. Your Gîte La Belle Époque offers privacy, peace and tranquillity. Just a short drive away, you'll find yourself in one of the many local villages offering a wealth of activities, restaurants and bars. Try renting a canoe on the River Lot at Castelmoron or visit a farm to sample the local produce. Castles and markets can also keep you busy every day.

A car is essential for this holiday accommodation, but once you're here you may find many reasons not to leave.

6 bedrooms ( 3 of them are en-suite and one is on the ground floor). Plus one large family bathroom (with roll top bath and huge walk in shower) and and an additional toilet.

A private pool and separate children's pool(totally enclosed by a lockable fence and with alarms on both pools you security is confirmed).

A swim-up pool bar. 2 person infrared sauna. Extensive grounds and two terraces for outside dining. A children's playground and huge games cupboard with every game imaginable for inside and outside.

Gas BBQ, log burner (wood included). Large parking area.

Your hosts live in a detached and separate property next door and are on hand if you need them, but like to leave you to your own privacy. They just manage the pool chemicals for you so you don't have to.
