„We loved it here! The location is perfect, less then 1 minute from the beach - and the local minimarked, reataurants and small shops are practically next door. The hotel room was quite large, with a kitchen area and plenty of space in the bathroom as well. Quiet and effective aircon, lots of hot water and comfortable beds. Very good value for money. „We had organised a free pick up service from the airport that was offered by the hotel. The driver arrived half an hour late at the airport. When we complained to the receptionist (Alicia) she had a very bad attitude towards us (for whatever reason), claiming that the pick up wasn't correct anyways. This is unacceptable and very poor customer service.“

„The hotel facilities are a bit outdated. This is a fact. However, the service and location make up for it. Prices are very reasonable and the staff members are helpful and friendly. Each room has a view of the ocean, with stunning sunset vistas from the balcony. There is also a fridge, which is very handy. Black Rock beach is gorgeous and clean, with soft golden sand. „I liked having a pool and it was located across the street from The Magdalena Grand Golf Course and Hotel where my family was staying. I took a video but it does not allow video uploads so this is the only two screenshots I was not able to get from it. But all the pictures posted on their website are exactly the same.
