„This is our second time renting this wonderful place. The view of the lake is unparalleled which you can see perfectly from the large deck. The house is roomy and very private. The kitchen is stocked well and we also used the traeger grill. We will be back again for sure“

„10/10! This place was clean and easy to find with the provided instructions. Parking was a little tough as the alleyway wasn’t very visible (we came in at 11:30pm) however once we found the painted numbers in the lot we were great! Walkable, convenient and a decent space for what we needed. If you are a light sleeper, this is near the train and it does run frequently. “

„We had a great stay! The VRBO was incredibly well stocked! Ice machine was a plus. It was a very quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed sitting outside in the evening. The water feature was lovely. Communication and access were both excellent. The only thing to be aware of is that the oven is not a traditional but a microwave/convection/bake counter top style. We did use the 2-burner hot plate and the electric grill! We would definitely stay again!“

„I loved the outdoors here. Wonderful gardens in the front. Cutesy back, high fenced area for sitting, game playing.Host was easy to getahold of and very quick response time. She really cares that you have a good time.“

„As soon as we walked in we felt relaxed. House was clean and tastefully decorated. Anytime we needed something, ie., bottle opener, French press, etc., we reached for it and it was there! The deck is where we spent a lot of our time especially on cool mornings. We enjoyed our stay and liked how it was 10 minutes or so from town. We hope to return and had a great trip due to being able to return to our awesome space to regroup and rest!!! Highly recommend the space!“

„I felt at ease the moment I returned to this quiet, peaceful place. It’s like a little sanctuary set beside a park-like backyard. Stepping through the private entrance, I encountered everything I needed at the end of a long travel day: a kitchenette, cozy couch, spotless bathroom, and comfortable bed. I’ll stay again, next time my travels take me to Eugene. “

„It was perfect “

„The property is very nice, in a safe and quiet neighborhood a half a block from a beautiful park and the Ruth Bascom Trail. We brought our bikes with us so the location was a big perk for us.The living and dining furnishings are comfortable and kitchen amenities are accommodating. The host, April, is quick to respond to inquiries and any issues. “

„Shockingly quiet for how close you are to other houses and downtown. Great neighborhood to walk around, awesome deli about 1.5 blocks away. Playground and small park about 1/2 block away. The best part was it felt safe for a single mom travelling with 2 kids. The space was larger than I thought it would be too. Small backyard would a great place to use if it was weed-eated and trimmed back, still a pretty area though. We really enjoyed our stay and communication with the owner was excellent too.“

„The interior of this special place was wonderful. With large wind chimes off the deck, and mirrored wind chimes reflecting light, as well as windows that fully opened for easy air exchange and natural light, I adored this place. Thoughtfully designed, comfortable bed and an oculus to top it all off!“

„We stayed here with our family during a swim meet at the Amazon Pool, which was less than 1-mile away. It was the perfect spot for us. The house had all the amenities, and then some. We had some issues in getting the code upfront (more a platform issue) but owners got right back to us with the info (even though they were traveling abroad.) The location is great - very central.The house can fit 6 upstairs - and has a murphy bed downstairs, in a cute little room off the dining area. ...
