„We loved our stay in Cotacochi. We stayed nearly 3 months total. This must be the nicest rental in the whole area. Comfortable furniture, nice linens, an extremely well stocked kitchen and close to everything. Because the house is behind a walled fence and surrounds by mostly residential it was very quiet. Internet is reliable and the local property manager is extremely responsive. I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again if we are ever in the area again. “

„The property was great. Spacious, well furnished, clean, close to the main street. Easy access to shopping, transportation. The manager was easy to reach and very helpful. The building was very secure with a gated entry, alarmed building at night. The gardens are absolutely beautiful on the property. I will most definitely stay here again.“

„Plenty of room for our group of 12. The owner even came over and helped us start a fire, for the cold nights! Also had periodical cleaning which was an added bonus. Only issue we had is the downstairs shower only had cold water so we had to share the 2 upstairs between 12 folks. Not ideal but was do able. Great house in a quiet part of town.“
