"The property itself is beautiful, with well-designed grounds and very attractive, clean rooms. The overall setting and aesthetics meet expectations for a high-end resort.
However, the service experience did not match a five-star standard. The hotel felt overcrowded during our stay, with noticeably more guests than the infrastructure seemed to support. There were fewer sunbeds than guests, leading to early reservations, often left unused for hours without enforcement.
At breakfast, guests frequently had to queue, which is not expected at this level. Pool service was theoretically available but practically non-existent. Guests had to collect their own towels, and there were no small touches such as welcome snacks, refreshments during the day, or a sunscreen station.
Housekeeping was inconsistent. While the rooms were clean, basic amenities such as toiletries were not replenished throughout an entire week. On one occasion, after we removed bed linens due to a spill, the same sheets were simply put back on the bed.
Overall, the hotel has strong potential but currently feels unfinished in its operations and service standards.
A clear highlight was the kids club. The team there was excellent and delivered a genuinely five-star experience."
