„The basement apartment was perfect for my stay while attending a conference at the University in Corvallis. Although it is a basement apartment, it was cool and dry, and well designed. The bedroom is at ground level so where is a large bay window giving fresh air and natural light. „The Old Rock Quarry Studio is homey, comfortable, and clean. It features everything you might want in an extended stay. As mentioned in a previous stay with this host, there is a notable attention to detail here. It is green out of every window, and skylights that open add clean, country air. Note that parking is for one car including local guests. Note too that Check-out is 10:00, not the usual 11:00, I had to apologize for my failure to do so on time. „Our stay was to move our son into college at OSU so we wanted something close to his townhouse and the college. This was a perfect location, walking distance to the football stadium and Goss Stadium. Definitely would stay here again when we come to watch him play baseball! Beds were comfortable and big! Each room has spacious beds and it was very comfortable in the house. We enjoyed our stay and would be back again!“

„Dale and Peggy are wonderful hosts. Our son was getting married and I was preparing the flowers and decor, and they were very accommodating. The home is absolutely charming, and we had a great time wandering through Dale’s pottery shop. The back patio was probably our favorite place. „Stayed for 3 nights while our son was attending an Oregon State ID Camp. Location was a 7 minute drive to campus and a great neighborhood. Check-in was super easy and lots of space for the 3 of us. Highly recommend this stay if you’re in Corvallis! “

We spent most of our time sitting on the lovely front porch and enjoyed the proximity to the occasional train passing by. The first one really surprised us, but just added to the enjoyment.
