LOCATION
Peaceful, quiet, and set right on the water, but still close to local restaurants, hiking trails, and small-town amenities. Village of Homer about 6 minutes, City of Cortland about 15 minutes, Ithaca and Cornell about 30 minutes, Syracuse about 45 minutes. A car is recommended, and on-site parking is available.

GOOD TO KNOW
- Stairs to the lake level, where one bedroom and one bathroom are located.
- 4WD or AWD is recommended for the driveway during snow season.
- Up to 3 dogs, 50 lb each, for $90 per dog per stay. Larger dogs or other animals by inquiry before booking.
- A Guest Rental Agreement is required to receive arrival instructions. A damage waiver is available for purchase but not required.
- Quiet hours 10 PM to 8 AM.
