This home is beautiful with modern appliances and tvs. It was perfect for our needs with plenty of beds. They also had air mattresses already blown up and ready if needed. There was shampoo, conditioner, body wash, even washing machine detergent. Daniel anticipated all our needs and even left a wonderful welcome gift that was very thoughtful.Check-in and check-out were easy and painless. We will definitely stay again if we are ever in the area.

Pictures can be misleading, making you believe its nicer than it is in person... Not this one!! It was a beautiful, clean, comfortable home. We enjoyed our stay here!

Perfect 4BR house

The house is clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, as well as oil and spices. The backyard is private and quiet. We enjoyed the nesting Golden- fronted Woodpeckers and the variety of other birds around. The washer and dryer are so helpful, with detergent pods available. Really enjoyed our stay!

Loved this comfy beautiful place

Not only was the interior perfect, they had everything we needed plus some. We didn’t need the extra beds but wow for space and hospitality. Would highly recommend this place and would stay here again!

Amazing Stay

Beautiful remodel!

The house was beautifully done and comfortable for the 5 of us! The location wasn’t bad just not great. We did enjoy the house and the communication was easy and excellent!

Corpus trip

Beautiful place. Maybe warn people that there had been smoking in the house. We had a few family members that had allergies and it was affecting them. The glad scents were overpowering so we unplug them. That is when we smelled the underlying smoke. Other than that it was a great place.

Family Weekend

It started off really good but then after a long day at the beach on Saturday we came back to the house around 4pm and discovered the hot water was not working. I called and texted Daniel at 4:52pm, my husband thought it was just the breaker so that would be a quick fix. He called back at 7pm, came over to fix it, we left to go back to the beach. He stated before we left that it was fixed. We came back to the house that night and it still wasn't fixed. I let him know the next morning that we still didn't have hot water and now the stove top was not working. My husband went to the breaker box, which we found out was not locked in the garage but was in the back yard. He was able to wiggle the breaker and get the stove top to work but then the hot water heater started leaking so we had to shut the hot water off. Not only can you not take a warm shower but you can't wash dishes without hot water. And kids don't like taking a cold bath/shower. The breaker box needs to be replaced so if you rent this house, just know that you will need to wiggle the breakers when something stops working. It's a nice house, some bugs in the kitchen but it was hot outside so maybe that's to be expected. I wouldn't stay here again unless I know the breaker issue was resolved. It was very unpredictable.

Summer Vacation

Perfect for Families

This house was located in a great little neighborhood and in-between all the local attractions. Yard was nice kitchen was well stocked, owners had great communication and were super helpful throughout the stay. We all felt at home here. 10/10 Would book again.

Beautiful Home, Great Location!

Everything was exactly as pictured, and the location was perfect. Very quiet neighborhood within 5 minutes of most things you could possibly need, and a short drive to the beaches. Check-in was simple with great communication from the host, and there was ample space for our party of nine. The welcome gift was a lovely touch, and we had everything we needed. I would love to stay here anytime!
