Tranquil Tides--Unique 3 BR House In Village Walk, Close to Beach, Heated Pools!

If you need some tranquility, this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home in the popular Village Walk community is a great place for a family vacation, a couples' weekend, or a restful retreat. Located on Eleventh Street, you'll be just a few blocks from the beach and a short drive to dining, shopping, and entertainment. The house sleeps up to 6 adults and 8 total guests. Village Walk has 2 heated community pools and a gated entry. There is also a golf cart at the house you can rent to take around town.

When you enter Tranquil Tides, you're greeted with a bright and open living space with a full kitchen and dining area. The one-of-a-kind epoxy floors and coastal decor will provide an immediate beach vibe. Recline on the couches after a day at the beach, prepare the catch-of-the-day in the well-stocked kitchen, or share a meal or a board game at the dining table. Smart televisions and wireless internet are included with your stay. There is also a half-bath near the kitchen for convenience.

If you want to enjoy the beach breezes, there are several outdoor seating areas in the beautifully-landscaped yard. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch, roast some s'mores by the fire pit, or have a barbecue on the covered patio. Just beyond the yard is a tropical walking path that leads to one of the two community pools. The pools are open daily and are heated in the late fall, winter, and early spring.

There is an entrance from the kitchen into the garage where you'll find a washer/dryer and a 6-seat golf cart that is available for guests to rent. Please inquire about seasonal rates. The property is within the "golf cart zone" and guest may use the cart to get to the beach, downtown Port A, and many other attractions. There are also two parking spaces in the driveway. Additional vehicles may be parked in the community with the provided parking passes. No boats or trailers are allowed in the community per HOA rules.

Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed, a smart television, a work station, and access to a small balcony overlooking the community. There is a walk-in closet and dresser for your storage needs. Just around the corner is the spacious primary bath with a custom walk-in shower and double vanity.

Down the hall, you'll find a guest bedroom with a queen bed, smart television, a dresser, and a closet. There is also a fun bunk room with two sets of bunks that the kids will love. These bedrooms share a full bath with a tub/shower combination.

Due to the configuation of the bedrooms, the house is best suited for no more than 6 adults. The upper bunk beds are not rated for adults and have a weight limit of 100 pounds. Please make sure to provide an accurate guest count of adults and children so that we can help you determine the suitability of the house for your group.

There are no pets and no smoking (including vaping) allowed in the house. Violations of the smoking policy will result in a $250 deep cleaning charge.
