The Space:

As you enter, you’ll be greeted by an inviting living room with plush seating and stylish decor, setting the tone for relaxation. Adjacent to the living area is a bright dining space that flows seamlessly into a stunning new kitchen, equipped appliances, cookware, and utensils to inspire your culinary creativity.

Down the hall, three freshly updated bedrooms provide serene retreats with premium linens, ample closet space, and soothing decor to guarantee restful nights. A spacious laundry area in the garage features a washer and dryer for added convenience during extended stays.

The fully fenced backyard offers a private oasis for outdoor enjoyment. Fire up the grill and gather for al fresco dining, or simply unwind in the open air. The yard is also ideal for children or pets to enjoy under your watchful eye.

Every detail of this home has been carefully curated to create a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. From the new flooring underfoot to the modernized kitchen and bathroom, you’ll find that this home is designed to exceed expectations. While we strive to provide a space for relaxation and enjoyment, we also uphold a few house rules to ensure the comfort of all our guests and neighbors. Please note that this is a non-smoking property and any signs of smoking will result in a $500 charge. Parties, events, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited, and pets are limited to dogs with a required pet fee.

1. NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc., is strictly prohibited inside.

2. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS UNLESS DISCLOSED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING: As this home is situated in a residential area, we kindly request that you respect quiet hours between 11 PM and 6 AM to maintain good relations with our neighbors.

3. PET POLICIES: We welcome dogs (up to 50 lbs) in this home, but unfortunately, cats are not permitted. A $150 per pet fee will be charged. One pet must be charged at the time of booking. If two pets will be occupying the home, please message us and we will request an additional $150 after the booking is confirmed. Please ensure that pets are crated whenever left unattended. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and waste must be promptly cleaned up from the yard.

4. SECURITY: For your safety, our homes are equipped with motion-activated EXTERIOR video cameras. There are no video recording devices located inside the home.

5. WEAPON POLICY: Guests must provide prior notice and obtain consent for any secured weapons before booking. All weapons present must be properly secured. Failure to provide notice or unauthorized possession of weapons may result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund.

7. RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS: In the event of damage or theft of linens, furniture, or any other items, guests will be responsible for covering the costs.

8. RENTAL AGREEMENT AND ID VERIFICATION
The primary guest will be required to complete a rental agreement and submit I.D. Verification as a part of the reservation process.

9. PRE-ARRIVAL INSPECTION: Before each guest check-in, we perform a comprehensive video walkthrough of the property. This process serves a dual purpose: first, to meticulously document the home's existing condition and cleanliness, thereby protecting guests from being unfairly blamed or charged for pre-existing damage; and second, to establish a clear baseline that allows us to hold guests accountable for any damages incurred during their stay.

10. FURNITURE: Guests are prohibited from moving any furniture. If any furniture is found to have been relocated after the guest's departure, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee for associated labor.

Guest Access:
Your sanctuary has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you with privacy and full access to the home. We'll provide the access code on the day of your arrival.

Violation of quiet hours and disturbance of neighbors will lead to immediate cancellation of your reservation without eligibility for any refunds.

3. PET POLICIES: We welcome dogs (up to 50 lbs) in this home, but unfortunately, cats are not permitted. A $150 per pet fee will be charged. One pet must be charged at the time of booking. If two pets will be occupying the home, please message us and we will request an additional $150 via the Airbnb Resolution Center after the booking is confirmed. Please ensure that pets are crated whenever left unattended. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and waste must be promptly cleaned up from the yard. If any evidence of pet hair on furniture, excessive hair in the home, stains, or waste is found, we reserve the right to retain the pet fee to cover costs associated with additional cleaning or pet damage.
