The whole place is built around one very good view: step onto your private balcony and the water opens up straight ahead, unobstructed, with sunrises that arrive like a small daily event.

Inside, the studio keeps things easy. A plush king bed anchors the room, a sleeper sofa adds space for a couple more guests, and the living area is set up for slow mornings and lazy afternoons in front of the flat-screen TV. The full kitchen has what you need to cook a real meal, and the dining table seats four for the nights you'd rather eat in than head out. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower rounds things out.

What sets the stay apart is where it sits. Seaside Blessing is part of Island Retreat, a 25-acre beachfront community shaded by palm trees, with its own boardwalk running right over the dunes to the sand. Guests have access to two pools, tennis and pickleball courts, wide open lawns, charcoal grills, picnic areas, and a fish-cleaning station for the day's catch. On-site security keeps watch through the busy summer season and holiday weekends.

Because the complex sits in Port Aransas' golf-cart zone, getting around is half the fun. Rent a cart and you're a short ride from the town's restaurants, shops, and easygoing nightlife — pizza at The Gaff, a casual bite at one of the island's open-air spots, or an afternoon watching the boats and dolphins drift past at Roberts Point Park. Mustang Island's wide, drive-on beaches and the trails at Charlie's Pasture are close by when you feel like wandering further.

Then it's back to the balcony, back to the water, and back to the part of the day where the beach sets the pace.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- This HOA/Condo strictly prohibits pets of any kind, including Emotional Support Animals (ESAs). Service Animals, as defined by law, are permitted. If you plan to bring a Service Animal, please notify us in advance so we can inform the HOA. Important Note: If it is determined that the animal is not a certified Service Animal, eviction may occur. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
- Be sure to inquire about discounted Winter Texan/Snowbird rates and long-term stay discounts!
- Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
- Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. Services can be intermittent on an island.
- Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks.
- Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.
- Please reach out if you are interested in renting a golf cart during your stay. Availability is not guaranteed, so we recommend contacting us as early as possible for more information.
- Washers and Dryers coin laundry are in the complex and available for guest use.
- Guests must be 25 years or older to book this home. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by an adult. Per HOA rules, any group without someone 25 years or older present is subject to eviction.
- Please note: During periods when city water restrictions are in place, rinse stations may not be available for guest use.

Parking Details:
- Parking passes required. 2 parking passes provided per condo.
- There is no assigned parking, so you can park anywhere within the complex.
- Boat parking is allowed in designated areas.
- Golf cart parking is allowed in the designated area (you must purchase a separate pass).

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
