The open-concept great room features vaulted ceilings and flows into the modern kitchen and dining area, creating an inviting space for gathering, cooking, and spending time together. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and stylish finishes throughout.

Downstairs, the shaded outdoor living area gives your group even more room to spread out and unwind. Gather around the gas fire pit, enjoy drinks and meals at the outdoor bar and picnic seating, or fire up the grill after a day at the beach. An outdoor TV lounge makes this a great spot to kick back in the evening. The private yard provides additional outdoor space for your crew to enjoy.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two to three-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and be present throughout the entire stay. A signed rental agreement is required prior to arrival.
-This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $100+tax, per pet, per stay. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $25+tax per stay.
-No Pit Bulls or aggressive animals.
-We do not accept Klarna or Affirm payments.
-Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.
