GUEST VERIFICATION:
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.

Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:
- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.
- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.
- Paying a non-refundable $55 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out.

The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!

Super Clean

Unit is exactly as described. Super Clean! Easy access to pool and laundry facility. About 1/2 mile walk to beach access. Great location to eateries and shopping. Did not have service for an email check-in notice. Should consider Text? NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL! Not enough towels, no wash cloths, only 2 hand towels. So bring your own towels and pillows. Deep tub, nice for soaking not great for older folks to shower, it did got hot water pretty fast. 2nd bath has a very high sharp lip entry to shower, wife cut toe on the bottom rail. Took forever for hot water to get to that bath also. Other than lack of towels and shower situation, Our stay was very pleasant. The unit is older but very clean, quiet, and very comfortable.

Great location and easy access to the beach

This was a very good place to stay for our family. The property was clean, had plenty of room, and a well equipped kitchen. Clean swimming pool and a grill just out of our door were great hits. The easy access to the beach through the walking board was awesome. We walked to the beach every day and didn’t need to pay for a permit to park on the beach. We would have appreciated a more generous supply of towels (and related essentials) for the amount of days we stayed. This is specially important because doing laundry in the facility was extremely challenging: the machines are in a community room and they require 25 cents coins for a $1.75 charge per load of both laundry and drier. You need to bring your own change as the local stores won’t give away their change! This might seem a small thing but it added some unnecessary stress, with all the driving around and begging for coins. People at the office would not be able to help with that and gave us the address of a laundry mat (!!). Other than that, a very good experience and we would come back.

Nice comfortable place

Nice little place that was within a quick drive to the beach. Had everything you needed fridge, stove, microwave, and cooking and eating utensils. The pool was clean and very adjacent. Couldn't get cable to work in living room but worked in the bedroom. A/C was excellent. Just dont like the 4:00 pm check in time as i am an early bird person and drove from San Antonio and was there 2 hours early. Overall a great place to stay and would recommend.

Nice place, great location!

Perfect location! Great option at a good price. Plenty of room for the family (LOVED that it have to bedrooms & two bathrooms). Right by the pool & laundry room, which is super convenient! This isn’t the properties fault & can’t do anything about it but BEWARE of coyotes. We got back from dinner one night and one was walking across the parking lot.

So-do…missed not being able to see ocean from patio/deck/balcony…first tim on 30 years of going to coast …not really your fault cause we called late to find a place to stay (Sand Fest)..I know you have upper levels…but that will be the one n only time with NO VIEW…just need to start calling earlier… but it just wasn’t the same with no view 😫…my fault..Oh ..and YES…theTEXAS SAND FEST was SUPER AWESOME!!!🤪👍

It was a nice property. We had fun. We needed the property management to provide more garbage bags. One each for two garbage cans for a five day stay is unreasonable. I moved some of the dishes to provide a “pantry” area in the cabinet which was a pull out drawer. The grill needed to be scrubbed before use. Would be nice to have a later check out (say 12:00 - 12:30) to allow beach or pool time in the morning before cleaning up and leaving.

If you like clean,,,don’t stay here,,,Pictures of property are deceiving,,,hair in shower’s, many areas not cleaned, decor was lacking, mismatched furniture. Older property and it shows. We don’t recommend staying here.

Annual Family Beach Trip

The condo was lovely. The only complaint is that there were only 4 bath towels for our 3 day trip. That left 1 towel per adult for the entire stay. I don't typically want to spend my vacation at the laundry. So a couple more towels would be nice. Other than that it was great. Close to the beach and the pool area was great when we got tired of the ocean water.

Perfect condo!

This condo was in great condition. The bathrooms seem newly renovated and clean. The rooms are large and have plenty of room. I love that this particular room was steps to the pool. We were able to bbq and watch great movies at night due to the many streaming options already loaded on the Tv. We were less than a mile to the beach, the stores, the grocery store and a Dollar General. You would not be disappointed if you stayed here. The property manager quickly answered any questions we had. Thank you for the stay! We would definitely be renting again.

Perfect weekend away spot

This was the perfect two bedroom for us and our toddler. Pictures exactly match property. I love the simplicity in decor. The couch was perfect to relax after a long day. We would definitely choose this again! The only downside was we were next to the pool and it was rowdy both nights.
