Truly feel like you are in your own quiet place in the middle of Old Town Port Aransas when you stay at Palm Palace. In the Las Palmeras community, you have a front and back entrance to the complex, 2 parking spots in the driveway in front of the garage, and 1 parking spot inside the garage. Welcoming front porch leads you to the first floor of Palm Palace.

The first floor offers guests a downstairs living area with a bench, TV, washer & dryer closet, a bedroom with 2 twin bunk beds and a full bathroom. You'll also have a back door leading to a small back porch which takes you right to one of the most beautiful pools in Port Aransas, surrounded by palm trees.

Palm Palace continues upstairs to a well stocked kitchen, dining space, huge living area with a mega sofa, perfect for napping, hanging out with family/friends after a day at the beach or fishing, or just watching TV. Feel free to pop your head up and look out all of the beautiful windows to catch the tops of the palm trees!

Also on this top floor, you'll have the King Bedroom retreat with private bathroom, and another bedroom, queen bed also with a private bathroom and a guest half bath. There is plenty of space for everyone over 2 floors.

Guests can rent a golf cart from Coastal Eds! We encourage you to book the golf cart with Coastal Eds as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee availability if you choose to delay booking.

- Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. Well Stocked Management Company is Great

It was wonderful because the condo was well stocked and the management company does more for you, including beach towels and less to do at checkout than comparable rentals. That was a five-star experience. The decor made it feel like a tropical getaway and I loved the windows overlooking the pool area . The reason I give it four stars is because the pool was not warm enough to swim in for Spring Break and while the neighborhood was comparatively quiet to other areas, it was not a private enclosed community as it seemed to read. There was an interior community street in front of this particular condo but it was a quiet street. It was easy to get in and out and to the shops which was perfect for walking. Port Aransas has a 10:00 p.m. noise ordinance but being new to staying there, I thought this was unique to this community. Overall we had a wonderful time, the condo was cute and convenient and I would recommend it.

The location is great, just a short distance from old downtown Port Aransas. It is conveniently near a only grocery store, restaurants, and the beach. The layout features a kids' room downstairs, along with a TV sitting area. The master suite includes a nice walk-in shower, while the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. In the living room, there is a large couch, as well as a small breakfast table and bar. Seating area.

Fun Family Trip

We enjoyed our stay. My husband and I took our kids and parents to enjoy the last few warmer days in Port A. The house was in a nice quiet community and the pool very convenient for little ones.

Great Getaway Spot

This quaint townhome is conveniently located to restaurants, shops and the beach and is in great condition. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, there are plenty of clean and spacious bathrooms and the premises are quiet (even though they were filled). My only complaint would be that the pool needed to be cleaned as there was quite a bit of debris and many dead caterpillars on the bottom of the pool. We did also find two roaches in our home, although they were the larger ones that typically make their entrance from outside so it was not from infestation. Everything was easy to find, the check-in process was very convenient and the home was in outstanding shape. Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay in the Palm Palace and will be returning again soon!

Palm Palace is a win

The house, pool, location and communication were all easy, lovely and relaxing. The house is clean, cool, well equipped and comfortable. The hosts were warm and easy to reach. We had no unexpected problems and very much enjoyed an uncomplicated stay. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms luxurious and all in all we could've have been more pleased with the way things turned out with our stay.

Very impressive!

We were very impressed by the cleanliness, decor, and how well it was equipped. Everything we needed was provided. There was ample seating in the living area and the beds were very comfortable. The location was ideal. The owners let us know that they were available if needed.
