AMENITIES: At ‘South,’ resort-style pools include adults-only Cabana Pool with infinity edge, hammocks, and views of South Town Lake; the Splish Splash Family Pool with splash pad; intimate Neighborly Square Pool; and Glow Pool & Fitness Center. Convenient Coastline Grill within the Family Pool offers casual poolside drinks and a family-friendly menu. Parks beckon with green space and playscapes, while multiple lakes are dotted with piers and fishing pavilions. Visit the new Seascape Sport Courts for pickle ball and basket ball. You also can access amenities at Cinnamon Shore North: more pools, lakes, yard games, on-site restaurants, and Town Center fun.

The kitchen is equally impressive, featuring KitchenAid appliances, two dishwashers, an oversized refrigerator and freezer, a beverage refrigerator, and a Keurig coffee maker that accommodates both pods and traditional drip coffee. The large island seats four, while the indoor dining table comfortably seats ten, making meals together effortless for large groups.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: Seas and Sunsets features four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite bathroom for added comfort and privacy. The home includes two king bedrooms and one queen bedroom, along with flexible sleeping arrangements that comfortably accommodate larger families and groups.

A favorite feature among guests is the third-floor bunk room and hangout space, offering eight twin beds and a fun retreat where kids and teens can gather, play, and make lasting memories together.
