Check In was at 4pm. We arrived at 4 and the entry code did not work. I called a could not get ahold of anyone so I left a message on VRBO. Someone from the property happened to be walking by at 4:30 and saw us and made some calls and verified that I was the renter. She was able to let us in around 5:15. The maintenance crew did not arrive to fix the entry code until 6:30. I was told I could leave and they would call with new code. I wasn’t about to leave and take that chance. Dinner plans ruined. Nobody from the property called to check in or made any apologies to try and compensate me. I called on my check out date to have a late check out because I was not able to check in on time. I should not have had to call and ask. Besides this, the location was ideal. It was very easy to walk to the beach. Property was clean and updated. However it says it sleeps 8. There were 7 of us and one person had to sleep on the couch. It ideally only fits 6 adults. Small children could sleep 8 but not 8 teens/adults. One of the showers is a little cramped. I was washing my hair and hit the back of my head on the right tiled wall because I didn’t anticipate it to be that cramped. Besides the check in and fact that one guest had to sleep on the couch, I would recommend but only for a party of 6.
