CLEANING
-CLEAN BED PROMISE: Padre Escapes launders our standardized linen, including every comforter, every sheet, every pillowcase, every towel - EVERY TIME!
-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.

-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation.

We loved the condo and the canal access for fishing. Its really close to the beach so that was nice. The only negatives were that the furniture in the living space is small and not comfortable. If you actually had a full house, there would not be enough comfty seats for everyone. They also do need to have pest control come. Since this property is pet friendly we also would have loved to have a designated area for the dogs to potty. The grass has stickers which we were picking out of their paws for an hour and the turf is also the picnic area so its a little difficult to manuver.

The property is in a great location. We loved being on the canal/Lake Padre. It is also very close to the beach. The property was as described and looked like the pictures. Our family of 4 were able to spread out in 3 separate bed rooms. The owner was very responsive. We are able to check in a little early which was appreciated. The kids and hubby liked the old school PacMan game in the “kids” room. The condo is right next to the pool. The pool does get very crowded so i liked being able to look out window or from balcony to see when it was less crowded. The only issue we had was you could hear ALL the noise from the pool. Especially in the master bedroom. The pool is supposed to close at 10 and there are supposed to be quiet hours, however 2 out of 3 nights we could he people screaming and playing music well into the midnight and later hours. Very difficult to sleep when there is screaming and loud music. We did contact property manager after night 2 and they said they would address with HOA and management to remind guests of quiet hours. I’m all for people having fun at the pool and staying up late on vacation, just want people to be aware in case that is an issue. We did enjoy time at the pool from about 12-3 on Saturday and there were only a couple of people there. My son and i brought our floats and hung out in the canal for awhile as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property. It was nice to watch sunset and sit on balconies and read or hang out.

4 night stay. The last night the home flooded from a bad plumbing repair the third day. We were up all night moping and drying out our things. Rushed out the final day with a 1 hour late check out after getting 2-3 hours of sleep. Long story short customer service is not good. We would have appreciated being able to sleep in a bit more (went to sleep at 4:30 am), and possibly a comp stay for this vacation being ruined from their flood.

This place has all you ever need on vacation. Very clean, location is great for quick access to pier fishing and the beach. Loved the ice machine! We didn't have to go get ice once. Lots of kitchen amenities for those that cook on vacation. We will definitely be back.

Great location and lot's of fun

My wife and I took our 4 kids ages 8-18 for a week in June. Very close to the beach, great pool area with slides, and a fun game room. We had so much fun, and would highly recommend to anyone considering this property to go for it! We loved the access from the back patio to Lake Padre and my boys spent hours out there fishing every day.

My only issue was with sleep accommodations . Bedding not conducive to 10 people who normally don’t sleep with each other or near each other . Bunk beds not good for adults 60 and over and bed in second bed room good for small person or child .

Great Location & Community!

The location of the townhouse was great, both within the community and on the island. We loved all of the family activities this property offered. House was very nice with a great A/C (always a must during the hot Texas summers). Had a few maintenance issues that were addressed promptly by the management company. Biggest complaint we had was overall cleanliness of the property. House appeared clean on the surface but the floors were very dirty (left your feet dark and found fishing line in multiple places) and we found evidence that other surfaces had not been cleaned very well. We brought the cleanliness up to the management company but it was not addressed during our stay. Overall we loved staying here, just needs to be cleaned better to get a 5 star review.

Great Location

This is an end unit, right next to the pool. Unit is very nice. 3 bedrooms upstairs. 3 bathrooms, living room & kitchen. Well stocked kitchen. The whole complex is investment property so it either really busy during certain times or empty like it was for us. Love this location.

This was our 2nd time staying at this particular property. The weather was not so good, but we made the best of it. The proximity to the beach is great. We did have some loud neighbors right next to us and it would have been great if the deck area was more private like it is on the 2nd floor. It may not be allowed at this community, but it does make it very uncomfortable when you are outside eating or hanging out when your neighbor is right there. This maybe our deciding factor for checking out a few other places next time.

Awesome place to stay

We enjoyed every minute of our stay here. Had a great time at the pool and dock fishing. We had a group of 11 and all sleep comfortably. Management was very responsive and the staff at the yacht clubhouse was very friendly. Can’t wait to return in the future.

Great Vacation Spot

A very clean, bright, new, and comfortable accommodation. Location of the townhome is perfect, the awesome pool is right next door. My grandkids loved swimming and the slides were a huge hit. Fishing off the docks right out the back deck was also huge hit with my grandkids and the adults as well. The town home accommodated all 11 of us very nicely. The whole area was very family oriented ; nice neighbors. You certainly will not be disappointed if you stay here. My older daughter is very picky and she couldn’t find one thing wrong with the place, which I definitely pointed out to her😀 Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

Excellent Location

This is the nicest property we have stayed in. Location, end unit, pool right out the door and pet friendly. It is well stocked and cozy. We didnt cook or eat in so how stocked I dont know. (Its own ice machine is a bonus) But reviews that complain about a missing this or that are being over reviewed. TV in every room, a video game in one room. Walk out back door onto a deck right on the water, Master bedroom has its own deck, it does need a chair or two up there but the view is beautiful overlooking the water. Looking forward to another stay at this property. I will note one thing and that is we missed the area springbreak so it was very quiet, and no crowds everywhere we went. Excellent Place to stay. Also one last thing, the beds are very comfortable, great sleeping.
