    Dies ist wahrscheinlich die beste Immobilie im Village by the Beach-Komplex. Diese zweistöckige Wohneinheit verfügt über eine Terrasse im 1. Stock und einen Balkon im 2. Stock. Beide bieten einen herrlichen Blick auf den glitzernden Salzwasserpool und bequeme Gartenmöbel zum Zurücklehnen und Entspannen. Der großzügige Wohnbereich mit Küstendekor, wunderschönem Vinyl-Holzboden und Shiplap-Siding begrüßt Sie in der Eingangstür. Zum Wohnbereich hin öffnen sich die K��che und der Essbereich. Dies ist eine großartige Einrichtung, um die Zeit mit Familie und Freunden zu maximieren. Ebenfalls im Erdgeschoss befinden sich ein Badezimmer, eine Waschküche und ein Schlafzimmer mit einem bequemen Kingsize-Bett.
    Im Obergeschoss finden Sie das 2. Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, großem Kleiderschrank und zwei Queensize-Betten. Treten Sie auf den privaten Balkon und genießen Sie den vielleicht besten Blick auf diesen wunderschönen Poolbereich. Sie können sich zurücklehnen und den ganzen Tag zuschauen oder die Kinder im Auge behalten, während sie im Pool planschen! Dies ist auch eine sehr kinderfreundliche Unterkunft mit einem Hochstuhl und Pack-n-Play für die G��ste.

Great vacation getaway

This property was great! Beautifully decorated, clean and fully equipped. It felt like home. The property was well maintained. Bedrooms were big with lots of storage. Beds were very comfortable! The beach was a short distance away and the pool was great. Assigned parking was a plus. We will definitely be returning!

This by far has the best layout ever! The master suite upstairs held the two queen beds and the room was much larger with two walk-in closets which gave the ladies more room. The sofa sleeper in the living room was very comfortable. This condo seemed to have plenty of little areas to put your things so they were out of the way. Plenty of room in the pantry for our food and everything was so comfortable. Highly recommend!!

The living furniture was a little worn but comfortable to sit on. The unit looked clean on arrival however the floors were very dirty and need to be mopped. The bottoms of my feet were actually black from walking on them. I was very disappointed in the pool area - I have been to Village by the beach on several occasions and the pool is one of the reasons that I like to stay there. The pool water was actually disgusting and no one came and cleaned it during our stay. You could barely see the bottom of the pool because the water was so murky and there was so much sand in the pool. I would not get in it. When I stayed here previously, there was always someone coming in and cleaning the pool every morning, not the case this visit. I did see someone skimming the pool the day we left but this needs to be done on a daily basis.

Close to the beach and a short drive to restaurants and fishing piers. These next comments are not complaints just fyi's. One reason we chose this unit was because it had a bedroom downstairs and a walk in shower which was perfect for my elderly mother who has some physical challenges. Well the king size bed was too tall for her to get on and off of so she had to opt for a bed upstairs. The stair case is steep and there are around 20 of them. With assistance she was able to make it up and down. The kids loved the pool. It was clean and right in front of the unit. It was quiet during the day, but a party at night with loud guests and music. This may not be the case all the time, but it was during our stay. Overall we had a great experience and would stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed here four times and had very few issues. We like the location and the units are nice and clean. We had booked a small unit and were moved to a larger one for no extra cost when the owners decided they wanted to use the smaller one. We liked the larger unit but it was close to the pool, which was noisy. The pool heater broke and we were not able to swim for most of our stay, which was a MAJOR bummer for our kids. The unit furniture also did not match the pictures we were shown online. We were offered a small discount on our next stay to make up for the broken pool heater, but we expected a bit more of a discount for our trouble. Overall this is a nice unit and has everything you’d need. If you have kids and don’t mind the noise, the location by the pool is helpful.
