Bluegrass Breeze in Mercer Village checks all of the boxes for a great Port Aransas, TX vacation. With 3 Bedrooms (King Ensuite, King Room, Queen Bed with Twin over Queen Bunk Room) and 2.5 Bathrooms, everyone has plenty of space. Bluegrass Breeze is only steps from the community pool and half block to music, eateries, shopping and only a few blocks to the beach. No Smoking. No Pets. COPASTR: 381-802

Bluegrass Breeze, 1400+ sq ft, is in the Mercer Village community on Oleander, which is 1 block west of Alister St. This community is newly built in 2021. An easy drive (within 5 min) to the beach, but in the heartbeat of Old Town with some of the best food, excellent shopping, live music, entertainment and more - Bluegrass Breeze checks all of the boxes!

Arriving at Bluegrass Breeze is really easy with 2 designated parking spots on the side of the house. Enjoy the beautiful front porch and enter into a spacious living room with a large TV and comfy couches! Enjoy a beautiful blue shiplap wall for those who love staying in beautifully designed spaces! This open concept floor plan also offers a dining space, chef's kitchen and kitchen island - this area is perfect for entertaining, meals together, and/or planning your beach/fishing day ahead!

The kitchen is well stocked for all of your prepping, cooking, serving and dining needs. And, this kitchen is gorgeous with all of the coastal finishes!

Also on the main floor is a half bath, laundry room with a washer and dryer for guest use, and a king bedroom with ensuite bathroom. All decorated beautifully and with everything you need to have a great Port A island stay!

Head upstairs to 2 more bedrooms and a bathroom: King Room, Queen Room with Queen Bed and a bunk style twin over Queen as well. All bedrooms offer a closet for guest storage as well.

Don't forget the large community pool for swimming and water fun after all of your Port A sight seeing, fishing and beaching! It will be the perfect spot to cool off and make memories with your friends and family!

- Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
- Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time.
- Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- The community pool is approximately 15-20 steps away from the home.
- The communal pool is not heated.
- The communal pool is closed every Tuesday for maintenance.
- Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
