The HOA for Bay Tree Complex is renovating the community pool, which will be closed throughout April. The pool is expected to reopen in May 2026, weather permitting. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Bay Tree B1314 is tastefully decorated and is sure to delight! Bedroom 1 offers a king bed off of the living room on the main level. Up the spiral staircase the 2nd offers a king bed. The 3rd bedroom offers twin over twin bunkbed and a queen bed both room. Washer and dryer in the main level for extra convenience. This is a second floor condo with no elevator access. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 2 vehicles. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands worn at the community facilities. These are issued upon check-in.
