DON’T RENT FROM THIS COMPANY
We just returned from a weeks vacation in the Outer Banks at this house “managed” by a company that I would suggest you do research on prior to booking any property, just as an FYI.. We had to make multiple complaints while we were there and have been trying to contact Management for days with no call back. The house was very dirty upon our arrival, there was black mold in the bathrooms, mold on the shower curtains, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and dog poop on the deck to name a few issues. Keep in mind that we got an email from them stating that they were taking extra precautions to make sure the house was clean and sanitized due to COVID!! The grass had not been cut in months and we had to request them come mow as we had dogs with us. I would never rent from this company again and would not recommend them to anyone else.
All of us that stayed here became congested, coughing, and had runny noses due to the mold in this house. We’re all better now that we left the house. I guess Brindley Beach does not care about the health and well-being of their customers!
